Can I customize pricing tiers?
Absolutely. You can add several price variants to one checkout, like "Ebook" and "Ebook + video", or set a separate access period for each variant. You can also create a checkout link that shows just one specific variant.
How do you handle discounts or custom pricing for specific clients?
You can use time-limited offers, crossed-out prices, fixed-amount or percentage discount codes, and pay what you want with a minimum you set.
Can I sell time-limited access?
Yes. Ferry grants access for the number of days you set and removes it when it expires, with an email reminder to the buyer beforehand. To keep going, buyers buy again via VietQR and get access as soon as the money reaches your account. Ferry has no recurring billing.
Which payment methods does Ferry support?
VietQR bank transfer straight into your bank account through SePay. Buyers use any Vietnamese banking app; international cards and currencies other than VND are not supported yet.
Can I customize the checkout process to match my brand's look?
Sure! You can customize checkout styles, fonts, and visuals with our intuitive builder, or apply custom CSS to your cart.
Who is the seller?
You. Buyers pay via VietQR straight into your bank account, so you are the seller: you invoice buyers and file your own taxes. Ferry is the software behind it, giving you revenue reports and data exports so this is quick and accurate.
Do I need tech skills to use Ferry?
Nope. Ferry is 100% no-code. You set things up with simple, step-by-step editors - no developers, no complicated configuration.
Can I integrate Ferry with my existing tool stack?
Yes. Every event (new order, payment, refund, waitlist sign-up) can send a webhook to your system, and order and customer data can be exported to CSV. Ferry has no built-in third-party app integrations yet.
