What is Ferry?
Ferry is an all‑in‑one platform for creators and solopreneurs who sell digital products. You can build a product page, take payments with a high‑converting checkout, send emails based on purchases, collect testimonials, and deliver your product (including courses) - all from one place.
Does all Ferry features come in one price?
Yes. Ferry has one plan: every feature is free to use, and we charge 5% per successful order. No subscription, no setup fee, no hidden fees. See our Pricing page for details.
What do I need to connect to get paid?
Create a SePay account (there's a free plan), link the bank account you receive into, then connect it to Ferry. Buyers scan a VietQR code and the money goes straight into your account. Ferry never holds your money.
Who is Ferry for?
Ferry is for anyone who creates digital products — whether you're a team of one, a solopreneur, influencer, freelancer, or a growing business. If you want a simple way to sell online (without a complicated tool stack), you're in the right place.
How fast can I launch my first product?
Fast. You can create your first product in about 5 minutes. Connecting SePay takes about 10 minutes, so you can usually take your first order the same day.
Do I need tech skills to use Ferry?
Nope. Ferry is 100% no‑code. You set things up with simple, step‑by‑step editors - no developers, no complicated configuration.
Can I cancel Ferry anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts, no strings attached. Your sales money always sits in your own bank account, and you can export orders and customer data as CSV anytime. You only settle the 5% fee on orders you've already sold.
Can you help me migrate from another platform?
Yes, we're always ready to help! Tell us what you're using now and what you want to move, and we'll guide you through the switch.
Can I integrate Ferry with my existing tool stack?
Yes. Every event (new order, payment, refund, waitlist sign-up) can send a webhook to your system, and order and customer data can be exported to CSV. Ferry has no built-in third-party app integrations yet.
