What is Ferry?
A toolkit for Vietnamese creators selling digital products. You list your products; we handle the sales page, VietQR payments, delivery and buyer support. Money goes straight to your bank account, and Ferry charges 5% per successful order.
Who is the seller?
You are. Buyers buy directly from you and pay into your bank account. Ferry provides the selling tools and never holds your money.
How does Ferry charge?
5% per successful order. No subscription, no setup fee, and Ferry adds no other fees. At the end of each month Ferry totals the fee into one invoice, which you pay by VietQR within 7 days. Example: on a 100.000đ order you receive the full 100.000đ in your account right away, and pay Ferry 5.000đ at month end. If you go beyond SePay's free plan, you pay SePay's fee directly to SePay.
When do I get paid?
The moment the buyer pays. Money goes straight into the bank account you connect via SePay; Ferry never holds it, so there's nothing to wait for.
What do I need?
A SePay account (there's a free plan) linked to the bank account you receive into. You connect SePay to Ferry with an API token and a webhook in about 10 minutes, with step-by-step guidance in Settings → Payments. No credit card needed.
How are my taxes handled?
You're the seller, so you issue your own invoices and file taxes on your revenue. Ferry gives you monthly revenue reports with CSV export, so you or your accountant can file faster.
How soon can my product go on sale?
About 5 minutes to list a product and get a sales link, after content review.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Everything is no-code and you edit with a visual editor.
How do buyers pay?
Buyers scan VietQR in their banking app or make a bank transfer, and the money goes straight into your bank account. Buyers don't need a credit card or an account.
What about refunds?
You transfer the money back to the buyer yourself, then mark the order as refunded in Ferry. The 5% fee on that amount is credited back on that month's fee invoice.
Can I see my numbers?
Yes. Orders, revenue, the running 5% fee for the month and your fee invoices update in real time. Export to CSV anytime, or get each new order via webhook.
What if I want to stop?
You can remove your products at any time. The 5% fee on orders you've already sold is still totalled on the month-end invoice as usual.
