  1. Edit your product
  2. Find the digital download option in the basic section
  3. Upload files (PDFs, zips, etc.)

For multi-variant products, assign specific files to each variant via the price variants tab. This ensures customers automatically get the correct files for their chosen variant.

Enhancing the post-purchase experience

With Ferry Cart, customers have the convenience of downloading their purchased files directly from the confirmation email or from the customer portal.

Additionally, the ‘Thank You’ page provides a download option right after the purchase. So even if they lose the email with access details, they can log in to the customer portal to access all purchased products.

Create a SePay account (there's a free plan), link the bank account you receive into, then connect it to Ferry. Buyers scan a VietQR code and the money goes straight into your account. Ferry never holds your money.

Can I cancel Ferry anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts, no strings attached. Your sales money always sits in your own bank account, and you can export orders and customer data as CSV anytime. You only settle the 5% fee on orders you've already sold.
Can you help me migrate from another platform?

Can I integrate Ferry with my existing tool stack?
Yes. Every event (new order, payment, refund, waitlist sign-up) can send a webhook to your system, and order and customer data can be exported to CSV. Ferry has no built-in third-party app integrations yet.
